Grant Deed

A grant deed is a legal document used in real estate transactions to transfer ownership of real property from one party to another. It is commonly used in many U.S. states and provides certain warranties or assurances about the property being transferred. The grantor, the person or entity transferring the property, conveys the property to the grantee, the recipient of the property.
